The question is coming a full circle now.
Everyone stated with a single monitor.
The best developer in my team had to be convinced over few months that an extra monitor is actually useful. She was so used to doing every thing on the dongle 21 inch monitor. When given a duel monitor setup, she switched off the second monitor. This was just a few years back. Now she would not work if one of her monitor is not working.

Finally HP ALM / HP QC added this much needed feature. You can now increase or decrease the text size in most test areas using the “Zoom in” and “Zoom out” buttons.
