a PDF printer installed by default in all PC's would help.
1. For print outs that you take from web browser and do not know if it will print in one sheet of paper, use this printer to ensure you get what you want and then print from there.
2. If its just a personal document you want to archive for future, just print it as PDF and store it with you or email it to yourself.
Good options are BullZip PDF printer.
